For a while now, there has been a growing trend of the man skirt. I personally love this idea, and think more men should try wearing a skirt. In this post I will be trying to convert the none believers and appealing to fashion designers everywhere that they should take heed of Givenchy and add a skirt to their mens clothing line.

Kanye west, for a while now has famously worn and promoted the clothes of Givenchy, helping to confirm its move from traditional french fashion house to cutting edge contemporary label. As you can see from the picture Kanye is wearing Givenchy's trade mark skirt along with a Rottweiler motif top and jacket.

Designer and fashion patron, Marc Jacobs included in Time magazine's "2010 Time 100" list of the 100 most influential people in the world,and ranked number 14 on Out magazine's 2012 list of "50 Most Powerful Gay Men and Women in America". Is surely the person that can convince the world that man skirts are the next big trend. Now I know a kilt isnt technically a skirt, but I think its near enough. Now i think there might be a reason why Mr McGregor often wears a kilt, I think it might be something to do with his massive schlong, or he might be trying to make a statement going back to his scottish roots maybe both? Anyway I think it definitely suits him and he looks especially good wearing a kilt with a leather biker jacket, showing the potential and versatility of a skirt. other men take note!Vin Diesel
astonashingly, although i have never heard of him (wika pedia says hes an American actor, producer, screenwriter and director) Vin, in 2003, was one of the fist male celebs to dare to wear a skirt. I think he even did it before the likes of givenchy.
